Like all new bars, The Barrel Room wanted to make a statement. That statement was craft. Be it beer, wine or whisky The Barrel Room is the place to find the best selection in Tauranga.

The concept for the bar was borrowed from the past, fashioned after an early New Zealand bond store the bar reflects a simpler time with brickwork, exposed wood and panelling, stream-punk pipe work, and customised lighting. It's identity is classical and timeless.

Designed not to overshadow the interior design the logo and its messages blend seamlessly into the atmosphere.

Tribal worked alongside the client, interior designer, master builder and tradespeople to guide the project. Offering a big picture approach and with a holistic approach to the process Tribal co-ordinated and articulated the clients vision into an award winner bar and popular local venue.

This project included creative overview and direction, interior design direction, bespoke lighting design, business collateral, signage, promotional, and advertising material.
